Exchange:

Defective items will only be exchanged for the same item.

If you would like to exchange an item you must have an return authorization number or (RA number) before you can exchange your product.

To get an RA for your exchange please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package you are returning.

Any exchanges arriving to our warehouse without an RA number will be refused.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the return of a defective item and no replacement part will be sent until our expert staff has inspected and verified the returned defective item in question.

At no stage will we cover ant out of pocket expenses such as labor, travel or down time related to the fitment of our products.

once we have received and evaluated the product, if it is found to be defective than we will replace it and ship out a new item free of charge with a store credit for the amount of the return shipping as long as it is reasonable (i.e. not overnight express rates).

If you wish to understand what reasonable is simply notify us once you know what shipping will cost and we will inform you of weather we will cover it should the item be found defective.

If there is a problem with A transmission build, than it is covered under normal  return / exchange policy.

Returns:

Used items are not returnable.

If you order a fully built transmission or custom transmission and then change your mind, have fitment issues or find you no longer wish to use it then you will be charged 50% of the total purchase cost to return as all transmission builds are custom ordered and built to your specification.

Looms are not returnable as each one is custom made to order.

If you wish to return an unused item you can but your refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for any shipping charges for the return. Your refund will be issued with-in 5 business days after the item arrives and is inspected by our staff, and found to be in good condition .

If you do not like our policy than please do not purchase from us. We will do the best we can to support all our products and keep all our customers happy but we must be realistic in doing so.
